Delivery.

All our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail from our workshop. We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible and ship within 3 days.  Please contact us if your order is urgent or you have a required delivery date and we do our very best to accommodate your request.

Around postal strikes we will ship first class at no charge but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Following advice form Royal Mail, our last posting date for Christmas is 16th December.

There are three flat rate shipping options to choose from at checkout:

FREE UK Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery on orders over £40
Once dispatched you should receive your order within 2 to 3 working days. Please note that your basket contents must amount to a minimum of £40 in value to qualify for free UK delivery.


Royal Mail 2nd Class is £3.50
Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Free Click & Collect from St Mawes Contact me to arrange to collect your parcel from St Mawes. I can also arrange free local delivery in St Mawes and around the Roseland Peninsula. Click on ‘pick up’ in the shipping section and add a note to seller at checkout.

Disclaimer: I cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery outside of our control including industrial action or severe weather conditions and subsequent disruption to the service. I endeavour to make our customers aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.

Overseas.

For deliveries that are outside of the UK mainland and international, please contact me and together we can work out the best method for you. St Mawes Scent Room will not be responsible for any import duties / local taxes payable or delivery delays

Returns.

I want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you’ve changed your mind, I offer refunds on any item that is returned unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in the same saleable condition that you received it, along with proof of purchase.

My returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of receive. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, I will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Returns must include the order number found on the original sales invoice.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I recommend you post your item by tracked mail or courier as I cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

For lost or damaged items, please send me an email: stmawes@scentroom.co.uk. For damaged items, I will require photographs within 10 days of receipt for any refund claims.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of my products, used items cannot be returned or refunded. However, I will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to St Mawes Scent Room within 10 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and will issue a refund. The credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

I only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email and I will send you details.

Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to a review of the returned product.

Please Note: As with all natural products and handmade items, there may be very slight variations in colour and scent from batch to batch.
